Realme GT 5 Pro Flagship to be Unveiled on December 7

The Realme GT 5 Pro flagship is set to be unveiled on December 7, and Realme has been generating a lot of buzz with teasers leading up to the big reveal. Most recently, the company released a video teaser showcasing the new 50MP, 3x, Sony IMX890 periscope telephoto camera and a vegan leather back panel for the phone.

In addition to this, a new set of teaser images has been dropped, one of which reveals an alternative Starry Night color option with a more traditional, non-leather back panel surface. The other teaser image reveals that the phone will have up to 1TB of internal storage and will feature USB 3.2 connectivity.

Unfortunately, the current state of USB naming is less than clear, and many are hoping for a more marketing-friendly name to reveal the actual speed of the data link.

The expected Realme GT 5 Pro specs include a slightly curved 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and will cost approximately CNY 3,500, which converts to $500/€450/₹42,000.
