Redmi Unveils Special Edition Smartphone in Collaboration with Lamborghini Squadra Corse
Today’s Redmi event showcased the latest K70e, K70, and K70 Pro smartphones, with the most premium model being the K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Edition.
To commemorate a decade in the smartphone industry, Redmi partnered with Lamborghini’s racing division, creating a limited edition version of the K70 Pro. This special edition features a unique design, including a camera island in the shape of an inverted convex pentagon, inspired by Lamborghini’s sharp lines. The phone also boasts a two-tone Green or Yellow color scheme with a carbon design sticker.
In addition to the distinctive design, this limited edition smartphone comes with a custom Lamborghini Squadra Corse theme as part of the HyperOS interface. The theme features imagery of the Essenza SCV12, a track-only hypercar with a V12 engine.
Despite the exclusive design, the Redmi K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Edition shares the same powerful internal specifications as the regular K70 Pro, including a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and 120W fast charging for the 5,000 mAh battery.
Notably, the limited edition smartphone will only be offered with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. However, the price for this special variant is yet to be announced, and it is expected that this model will only be available in China.
