The popular smartphone company, OnePlus, has introduced its latest flagship phone, the OnePlus 12, during a special ceremony in China to mark the company’s tenth anniversary. The new phone comes with impressive features, including the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 24GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. One of the most exciting features is the return of wireless charging, with the OnePlus 12 supporting up to 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.

In terms of display, the OnePlus 12 offers a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a high resolution of 1,440 x 3,168px and an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120Hz. The phone also boasts an impressive camera setup, with a 50 MP main shooter and a 64 MP telephoto module with 3x optical zoom.

One of the standout features of the OnePlus 12 is its large 5,400 mAh dual-cell battery, which is the largest battery seen in a OnePlus phone to date. The phone also supports the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity standards, as well as 100W wired charging for those who prefer traditional charging methods.

The OnePlus 12 comes in three official colors – black, emerald green, and white. In China, the phone is priced starting at CNY 4,299 ($607) for the 12/256GB model and goes up to CNY 5,799 ($818) for the version with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Pre-orders for the OnePlus 12 have already started in China, with open sales scheduled to begin on December 11.

While Chinese consumers can look forward to getting their hands on the OnePlus 12 soon, international buyers may have to wait until 2024 for the global launch. The company has not confirmed an official global launch date yet.
