Ice Universe Reveals: Galaxy S24+ to Feature 12GB RAM, Vanilla S24 Sticking with 8GB – Check It Out Now!

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S24 series is making waves in the tech world. The popular leakster, Ice Universe, has revealed some exciting news about the new phones.

Firstly, the Galaxy S24+ will come with an option for 12GB of RAM, a significant improvement over the S23+, which only offered options up to 8GB. However, the vanilla Galaxy S24 will stick to 8GB, the same base capacity as the S20.

In terms of processors, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will exclusively use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips with boosted prime CPU cores, while the S24 and S24+ will use a mix of Snapdragon and Samsung’s own Exynos 2400 in different regions.

Despite some makers already releasing phones with 24GB of RAM, Ice Universe claims that Samsung is reluctant to move past 12GB, with no plans for a 16GB model. This decision is surprising, as previous models like the S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra included 16GB versions.

In addition to these revelations, the phones have been certified by the FCC, confirming that the S24+ and S24 Ultra will have mmWave 5G in the US as well as UWB. However, the smaller Galaxy S24 will only have mmWave 5G, with no UWB support.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S24 series on January 17, with pre-orders set to begin immediately after. The first shipments are anticipated to be between January 26 and 30.

Overall, the Galaxy S24 series is shaping up to be an exciting release, with new features and powerful hardware to attract tech enthusiasts. Stay tuned for more updates as the launch date approaches.
