Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi 13R 5G in China. The phone features a 50 MP AI Cam, a 6.74” LCD with a 90 Hz refresh rate, and a Dimensity 6100+ chipset. It comes with a single memory configuration of 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, making it a dual-5G handset with room for two SIM cards and one microSD card in a long tray.

The device also boasts a big 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support, although it only comes with a 10W adapter in the box. The only noticeable difference from the international version, Redmi 13C 5G, is the design around the camera – the Chinese version has a large black rectangle spanning from one side to the other.

Available in Black, Green, and Purple colors, the Redmi 13R 5G is priced at CNY 999, equivalent to $140/€130. Registrations for pre-orders are currently open on the Xiaomi website, allowing interested buyers to sign up and receive a notification when pre-orders open.
