Samsung Galaxy A54 outshines Samsung Galaxy S23 FE – Which one should you choose?
Samsung has released two phones recently – the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy S23 FE. Both smartphones have similar features, but differences in cameras, battery life, performance, and pricing.
A54 and S23 FE are similarly priced during the Black Friday sale. Both phones have the same screen size and the same resolution, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ streaming. Galaxy S23 FE slightly outshines A54 in battery life, as A54 has a 5,000 mAh battery while S23 FE has a smaller 4,500 mAh cell.
The two smartphones offer fast wired charging, but only the S23 FE supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. They both have stereo speakers, but the S23 FE has a louder and slightly better audio quality.
In terms of performance, the S23 FE is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and has better CPU and GPU, but it might throttle after some time. While the A54 has inferior performance compared to the S23 FE, it does not throttle as much.
The biggest difference comes in the camera department. While both phones have three rear cameras and one front camera, the S23 FE has a 3x telephoto camera, while the A54 has a 5MP macro imager. The S23 FE also supports 8K24fps and 4K60fps video capturing and has a better overall photo quality compared to the A54.
Despite the differences, both smartphones have their strengths and weaknesses. The choice between the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy S23 FE ultimately depends on the individual needs and preferences of the customer.
