Meizu 21 sells out in seconds! 25,000 units gone in record time
Meizu 21 Smartphone Makes $14M in Sales in Just One Second
The Meizu 21 smartphone was released for sale in China just days after being announced. The company reported over CNY 100 million ($14M/€13М) in sales within the first second of the sale. This means that over 25,000 units were sold instantly, showing the high demand for the new flagship smartphone.
The Meizu 21 comes in two versions, one with 8/256 GB option priced at CNY 3,399 ($480) and the other with a 12/512 GB variant at CNY 3,999 ($565). The exact number of units sold is estimated to be between 25,000 and 29,000, but the company has not provided an official breakdown of the sales for each version.
One of the key features of the Meizu 21 is its support for FlymeAuto, an in-car infotainment system that is compatible with Meizu smartphones and the Lynk & Co 08 electric vehicle. This comes as no surprise, considering Meizu is owned by automaker Geely, which also owns Volvo Cars, Smart, Polestar, and Lotus.
Smartphone enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the Meizu 21 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 200 MP main camera, and 80W wired charging. However, it is still uncertain whether the phone will be available outside of China in the future.
As the demand for the Meizu 21 continues to soar, it is clear that the smartphone has captured the attention of consumers. With its impressive sales figures and cutting-edge features, the Meizu 21 is set to make a mark in the competitive smartphone market.
