Boost Your Presentations with the New Google Slides Recording Feature!
Google Slides has just added a new feature that allows users to record themselves presenting directly within the app. This means that users can now easily create video recordings of their presentations without having to use a separate video recording tool.
The new feature also allows users to share the video recordings with others, giving them the flexibility to view the presentations at their convenience. Users can utilize their computer’s built-in or external camera and microphone hardware to add their voice and webcam feed to their recordings.
The rollout of the new feature will happen in two phases. The first phase began on November 28, 2023, and will take up to 15 days for the feature to be visible to those enrolled in the Rapid Release domains. The second phase will start on January 2, 2024, and will take up to 15 days for the feature to appear for those enrolled in the Scheduled Release domains.
The new feature will be available to Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Starter, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Essentials Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, and Education Plus customers. This update brings added convenience and functionality to Google Slides, making it easier for users to create and share their presentations.
